Damian is the co-founder of Commly, a public relations agency that provides comprehensive communications support to startups and tech companies across Europe. He built his professional experience at SpeedUp Venture Capital Group, where he managed both external and internal communications for the entire group. Currently, he also serves as Head of Communications at Huge Thing, a SpeedUp-affiliated company that supports corporations and large organizations in working with innovation and delivering international acceleration programs. Damian has served as a jury member for numerous startup competitions, including ImpactCEE, and as a mentor at startup events such as Startup Weekends. He is also the author of the Poznań Startup Guide and co-author of the Kraków Startup Guide.
